I hate cats now.

While i was walking home from the bus stop last night, this kitten ran out from a factory gate and started coming towards me.
Didn't think much of it cause usually cats just avoid people.
To my surprise, the kitten rubbed against my foot, and started purring.
So being the nice, animal lover that i am, i put the thoughts of getting infections from a stray cat, and bent down to pet it.
Continued walking home, realized that the kitten was following me, darting in between my legs, and trying to rub against me.
All of a sudden, that @($*@!)#(!)#(%# kitten bit my ankle!

MEGA PISSED TO THE MAXXXX!
I started panicking, cause i thought i'd get rabies from that fatal bite.
I kept screaming like an asshole, but the stupid cat just kept following me.
I wondered if i hit the kitten with my big heavy bag, if it would roll over and die, or omit a smell that only cats can smell, bringing a whole gang of cats to come after me...
So i just ran and screamed, and thankfully, a car startled the kitten, so it ran helter skelter back into the longkang.
HAHA.
SERVES YOU RIGHT FOR BITING ME!

I'm terribly stressed over common tests which start TMR.
Arghhhhhhhhhh!
This is all happening too fast.
I'm having cramps, i'm breaking out everywhere, haven't been getting enough sleep.
It is really not a very good combination.

Today we had our last training for the semester until holidays.
So we decided to all have dinner together at KAP's mac's.
I didn't eat, so now i'm starving.
I HATE MAC'S!
IVP is in october.
But i don't think i can't make it. ):

Went grocery shopping on monday with parents, and i chanced upon a very beautiful  punnet of strawberries.
I had been intending to start baking again, but i didn't have anything specific in mind.
So after seeing the strawberries, i decided to get them and kiwis, oh, and fresh cream, to make a pavlova!
When i told people i was going to bake yesterday, everyone was either asking, 'YOU BAKE?!?!?!' or 'what in the world is a pavlova?!?!?!?!'
Yes, i do bake.
And i do speak mandarin as well. (apparently, all my classmates are very amused by the fact i CAN speak mandarin.)
A pavlova is basically a new zealand dessert: meringue- crispy on the outside, and soft on the outside, and overall very fluffy and light, with whipped cream, and topped with fruits, usually strawberry and kiwi.
I am soooooooooooooo happy the meringue turned out perfect! :D:D:D:D:D:D
Previous times the outer layer didn't harden, and it was pretty sticky.
But i did something really stupid, making my pavlova a bit short of perfect. ):
Retarded me left the meringue shell on the baking tray.
After i spooned my fresh cream into the shell, and topped it with my strawberries and kiwis, it got to heavy to move my pavlova from the ugly baking tray to a nice serving tray.
DAMN ME A MILLION TIMES!!!!!

Had a 'farewell dinner' for terence with terence at robertson quay.
As usual, he wanted to eat turkish.
I decided to order a shish kebab instead of my usual order of salmon/wrap.
And i'm glad i did, cause it tasted pretty damn good.
Was contemplating a strawberry margarita, but the holy spirit said, "NO, KERRIE. NO MORE DRINKING. REMEMBER WHAT HAPPENED TO YOU THE OTHER DAY...?"
Went to chocolate factory for dessert, spent even more there than on dinner. >_<
Had chocolate souffle with raspberry sorbet, and we shared a cup of jamaican hot chocolate.
Chocolate overload made us both feeling very very sick in the taxi.

Terence is on the plane to brunei now.

I've also learned today that the people whom you see as 'friends' may not be whom you thought they were.
And it's very disappointing and extremely disheartening to know that many people see me as a very mean person.
I always thought i was a pretty nice person, albeit being very chor lor most of the time.
Turns out i was wrong, at least from what others say about me. ):

My life currently revolves around school, school work (namely CITS), and swimming.

I fall asleep during lectures, cause they so boring, and i almost fall asleep during practicals.
Nursing really isn't as easy as i thought it was.
So screw you, all those who think nursing is for losers!!!!!!!

I've been going through a lot lately.
Life is like a roller coaster ride, and right now, mine is just making big big loops, making me feel all sick inside.

Thankfully, monday is vesak day, and tuesday is an off day for me!
More sleeping in!
And it means more time to study and do all my work.
I want my A's! :D
